Coordinate Office Management Activities with Staff and management
Receive and Relay Telephone Messages
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations and maintain Confidential and Sensitive Documents.
Operate Office Equipment, such as Photocopy Machine, Scanner and printers.
Should Be Good in Computer Skills, Microsoft Office Skills and possess excellent communication skills(written and verbal)
