• Handling Inbound team of executives related to prepaid product.
• Explaining the targets to the executives and ensure they achieve their targets.
• Ensuring Login Hours, AHT, Quality, Accuracy, Client Test, Weekly Test Scores and Tagging etc targets are met above Expectations.
• Giving daily updates and conducting briefing sessions Post shift on a daily basis regarding agent performance in terms of quality & productivity with constructive feedback.
• Auditing team members calls and giving suggestions to improve there quality and call handling skills.
• Arrange refresher training for the non-performers and based on their month wise performance they are put into PIP (Performance improvement Program).
• Motivating the executives by rewarding them based on their quality scores & productivity,.
• Handling Escalations & sending mails to the client in case of unresolved issues.
• Giving training for the new trainees regarding product & process and discussing floor scenarios.
• Keeping a track of the Activities to improve the process & Customer / Client delight.
