DESIGNATION Facility Manager LOCATION CLIENT PREMISES - PAN India DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES SCOPE ? Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of a large site (1 to 2 lacs. Sq.Ft) or multiple small sites for the following activities as per scope of work. MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVE ? Implement Integrated Management System and carryout internal audit. SCOPE OF CONTRACT AND SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT ? Deploy manpower as per the Scope and SLA ? Interact with the Client regularly and comply with Scope/SLA OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ? Responsible to ensure Health & Safety of site employees. Training site employees on Occupational Health & Safety. ? Share best practices and warnings/Learning, Reporte Incidents, Accidents ? Achieve HSQE Policy, Objective & Target. ? Has the accountability and authority to implement, maintain and improve the Integrated Management System. OPERATION & MAINTENANCE ? Lead daily operational works and additional project works ? Scrutinize parameters of all Utility equipment recorded in the check list and verifying records. ? Validate, review & revise documents and records viz. PPM Check list, PPM Schedule, Service Reports, SOPs, SPs and Risk Assessments. ? Inspect work area regularly and take corrective actions as required. ? Keep equipment and work site clean and tidy ? Report to Contract Manager/Operations Manager/Sector Head for any abnormalities ? Monitor PPM activities as per the schedule ? Manage Carpentry & Plumbing works BREAK DOWN ? Take appropriate actions for breakdown, pending works and complaints as required. SHUT DOWN ? Plan and Leading shut down activities CUSTOMER COMPLAINT ? Manage Customer Complaint ASSETS MAINTENANCE ? Validate Asset List MANPOWER ALLOCATION, PPEs, SPARES AND CONSUMABLES ? Allocate manpower and issue tools, PPEs, spares and consumables for breakdown/PPM attending. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ? Prepare training calendar and impart training to site employees ? Conduct Tool Box Talk (20mins briefing) at 14.00 Hrs TEAM BUILDING ? Set goals and targets to individual monitor and review the performance of the reportees. ? Motivate employees and build team work CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT ? Identify, evaluate and Implement Energy Conservation & Cost Saving activities. ? Procure Spares & Consumables and follow up payment ? Implement Correction, Corrective Action & Improvement activities. REPORTING ? Prepare MIS reports as required. ? Report Incidents and Accidents to the Contract Manager/Operations Manager/Sector Head/Client SUPPLIER / VENDOR MANAGEMENT ? Negotiate with suppliers & service providers place purchase orders. ? Interact with Suppliers & AMC service providers and get the works done in time as required. BUDGET ? Plan & Manage Budget STATUTORY COMPLIANCE ? Implement statutory compliance in HR, Operation and Maintenance. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY ? Perform the role of a Contract Manager for the entire site in his absence as per site requirements Salary INR 4,00,000 - 4,25,000 P.A.
