Drug Control Officer (Class-II) – 09 Posts

Applications are invited for the following posts :

DRUG CONTROL OFFICER (CLASS-II)

1. Pay Scale:- ` 9300-34800+ ` 4000/- Grade Pay (PB-2).

2. Age:- A candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years
as on 09.07.2012

3. Essential Qualifications:-
(a) Second Class Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
(b) 1 ½ years experience in manufacturing of at least one of the substances specified in
Schedules ‘C’ appended to the Drugs and Cosmetic Rules, 1945.
OR
(c) 1 ½ years experience in testing of at least one of the substances specified in the said
Schedules ‘C’ in a laboratory approved for the purpose by the Licensing authority.
OR
Three years experience in inspection of Firms manufacturing any of the substances
specified in the said Schedules ‘C’.
(d) Adequate knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit.
