•Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Inventory Levels in MIS. Stock Checking & Stock Taking.
•Knowledge of ERP Software such as BAAN LN or equivalent.
•Knowledge of Documentation such as Delivery Notes and Various Surface Documentation.
•Contract management with Transporter, 3PL & shipping Agencies
•Timely Arrangement of Surface transport, containers & other modes for dispatch.
•Reconciliation of dispatch material with Client Records.
•Monitoring of dispatches & updating daily to Stores & Logistics Manager & Operations Manager
•Knowledge of Sea Documentation for shipping i.e. Bill of Lading, Container scheduling etc.
Department Functionalities
•Scheduling shipments based on the production plan
•Scheduling trucks based on availability of documents and material.
•Arranging for necessary documents for the shipments from clearing agent.
•Coordinating with forwarders for arranging trucks and containers.
•Prepare transport documents based on truck and container load ability.
•Identify available stock and request for shipping instruction.
•Synchronize with finished goods stores for day to day shipments.
•Interact with Marketing and Finance department to clear shipments on hold and forwarding documents.
•Clearing transporter bills for payment as per invoice.
•Coordinating with Raw Material Stores

•Knowledge of Container Sizes, Trucks, Calculation of Loadbility in Containers Trucks etc.
•Export Documentation. ISO, 5S, Six Sigma Techniques Knowledge.
•Ability and Flexibilty to lead a large Multi - National Workforce and interact with Transport Companies.
•Inventory & MIS Reports Generation thru ERP using BaaN LN or equivalent.
• Proficient in Computer skills especially MS Word / Excel/Power Point etc.
