Job Description.
• He/She will be responsible for providing services for Inbound holiday packages.
• Demonstrate passion and drive for operations and profit by understanding and achieving individual targets and ensuring the achievement of team targets by following up on and maximizing all opportunities.
• Designing itinerary, costing, booking hotels.
• Remove roadblocks of the agents in terms of itinerary preparation, product expertise, beating the competition offers etc.
• Create a winning team environment, and motivate the team.
• Act as flag bearers of the company, aiming at establishing long term relationships with the customers and create goodwill for the company.
• Handling customers for national holiday packages, follow ups with customers and clients.
• Engage with customer to resolve complaints or conflicts.
• Manage the balanced distribution of enquiries coming through the B2B or B2C channels.
• Develop new B2b and B2C channel clients.
• Would require customization of existing holiday package or building entirely a new package as per customer needs.
• Liaise with suppliers and other third parties as required to service customer enquiries and bookings.
• Making bookings.
• Correspondence with the clients on mails, telephone.
Salary
INR 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A. Best in industry, Salary no bar for the right candidate
