Job Description -
To keep track on complete service related materials whatever in coming in and going out-
To Update the Various Files related to Service, Spare Stock material-
To make follow ups through telephone and through Emails for feedback / Reports-
To assist accountant at branch level for preparing MIS report of Service Material- To prepare the challans for data entry-
To Maintain the Stock of Spares and Serviced / Pending for Service Products at branch and also at service center-
To Attend Customer and Coordinate with branch Accounts, Technical Team and service center-
To Work on MS Excel for making various reports and Daily updataion-
To give Feedback Call and Mail after completion of Service call-
